The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to review this page periodically. Legal Responsibility: Indonesia's legal framework regarding online gambling is complex and subject to interpretation. While igm27 operates under international offshore licensing, Users are individually responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. The Platform does not provide legal advice, and participation is entirely at the User's own risk.
To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must match the identity documents you submit during the KYC verification process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, even if unauthorized access occurs due to your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The Platform will verify your submitted documents within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on submission volume. Your account will have limited functionality until KYC verification is complete. Specifically, you will not be able to withdraw funds until your identity has been successfully verified.
The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions, or re-verification if account details are updated.
You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for withdrawals exceeding IDR 5.000.000. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access and is mandatory for all high-value transactions. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to enable or maintain 2FA where required.
igm27 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit amount is IDR 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in over 98% of cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
The Platform does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end. You are responsible for any such fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be returned proportionally to each method until the deposited amounts are fully withdrawn. Any remaining balance derived from winnings may then be withdrawn to your preferred method.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. If your account has not completed KYC, your withdrawal request will be held pending document submission and approval. For security reasons, withdrawals exceeding IDR 50.000.000 in a single transaction may be subject to enhanced verification and a processing delay of up to 24 hours.
igm27 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with international Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards. You are required to wager your deposited amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal. For example, if you deposit IDR 500.000, you must place bets totaling at least IDR 500.000 (regardless of win or loss) before you can withdraw funds. This is a standard AML requirement designed to prevent the Platform from being used as a money-transfer service.
The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits, and to freeze accounts or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
igm27 offers various bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting software errors or bugs to generate unearned bonus credits, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or using automated betting software (bots) to clear bonus requirements.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Professional advantage players or syndicate operations may have their accounts closed and bonuses voided at the Platform's sole discretion.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before submission. The Platform is not responsible for user error in bet placement.
The Platform reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, bets placed after an event has already started (for non-live markets), or bets accepted on suspended or closed markets.
In the event of a dispute, the Platform's transaction logs and server records are considered final and binding.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the ATP for tennis). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules available in the Platform's Help section.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:
In cases of account closure due to breach of terms, the Platform reserves the right to void all outstanding bets, confiscate account balances, and withhold winnings. Any deposits made will be returned, minus any costs incurred by the Platform in investigating the breach.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which igm27 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, as specified in the Platform's licensing terms.
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact customer support to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.
If you are dissatisfied with the Platform's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service designated by the Platform's licensing authority.
